A tech pack is the blueprint of a garment. It tells the factory how to cut, sew, decorate and finish every piece, so the sample and the bulk match the design in your head. Because we are also the cut and sew manufacturer, every clothing tech pack we write is built for real production, not just for presentation.

Tech pack design for three categories
Streetwear
Oversized hoodies, boxy T-shirts, sweatshirts and varsity jackets. We spec the drop shoulder, body length, rib height and print or embroidery placement, so the oversized fit stays the same in every size.
Sportswear

From tech pack to production: 25 pieces per design
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.
Once your tech pack is approved, we make the garments in our own factory. Many factories count their minimum per color. We count per design, so you can test a new style without holding stock you can’t sell.
Example order: 25 hoodies = 15 black + 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.
Every tech pack is tested with a real sample
A tech pack only proves itself when the garment is made. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
We check the sample against the fashion tech pack point by point. If you want a change, we update the tech pack before bulk, so the document and the production always match.
How are tech pack services priced?
Tech pack work is quoted per design, with no fixed price list, because a basic T-shirt needs far less detail than a paneled tracksuit. Production is priced on fabric and GSM, quantity, decoration, and labels and packaging.

What do tech pack services do?
Tech pack services turn a design idea into a technical document the factory can follow: flat sketches, measurements, size grading, fabric, trims, artwork placement, labels and packaging. It removes guesswork, so the sample and the bulk match your design.
How do I choose tech pack services for my brand?
Pick a team that knows production, not only drawing. Check that the tech pack covers measurements and size grading, and that it is tested with a real sample before bulk.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces. For example, 25 hoodies can be 15 black and 10 grey across S, M, L and XL.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and we confirm the exact time with your quote.
How much do tech pack services cost?
We quote per design, based on how detailed the garment is. Production pricing depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door: Express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance, and 50% after production is complete and before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it.
Who pays import duties?
With Express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Can a startup begin with just a sketch?
Yes. Send a sketch, photos of a garment you like or any reference, and we turn it into a tech pack and a sample. The 25-piece MOQ lets startups launch small.
Will my designs and tech pack stay private?
Yes. Your designs, tech packs and samples are never shown or sold to anyone else, and we can sign an NDA on request.
