Who Makes Your Tees?
Luxury Stitch is a B2B clothing manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing custom streetwear, sportswear and fitness wear for brands in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, with a 25-piece MOQ. As a custom T-shirt manufacturer, we sample in 7–10 days, start bulk from 12 days and reply within 24 hours.
Who Hires a Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer?
We are a T-shirt manufacturer for clothing brands, not retail shoppers. If you sell under your own label, we build the tee around your design, fabric and fit.
Streetwear, sports & fitness brands
Seasonal drops, core basics and performance tees, produced in small runs so you can test a design before you scale it.
Startups
First collection on a tight budget? Start with 25 pieces per design and reorder the styles that sell.
Merch & influencers
Tees for creators, podcasts and online communities, with branded packaging that looks right in an unboxing video.
Corporate & teams
Staff, event and team tees with consistent color and sizing across every reorder.
Oversized, Boxy and Drop-Shoulder Tees
As an oversized T-shirt manufacturer and cut and sew T-shirt manufacturer, we draft the pattern for your fit instead of printing on a stock blank. We also make sportswear and fitness wear tees in performance polyester and cotton-spandex.
Oversized
Extended body length, wide sleeves and a relaxed drape, usually in heavyweight cotton. It is the core shape for streetwear drops and graphic tees.
Boxy fit
Short, wide and square. Boxy tees suit cropped streetwear looks, heavier jerseys and bold chest prints.
Drop-shoulder
The shoulder seam sits below the natural shoulder for a softer, slouchy line. It works with oversized or regular lengths, from streetwear to gym layers.
Print, Embroidery and Mixed Techniques
As a custom printed T-shirt manufacturer, we decorate every tee before it is finished and packed, and we match the technique to your artwork.
Embroidery
Stitched thread with a raised, durable finish.
Use for: small chest logos, sleeve hits, premium basics.
Screen printing
Ink pushed through a mesh screen for sharp, solid color.
Use for: bold graphics with a limited number of colors.
Puff printing
Ink that rises when heated for a soft 3D effect. See our puff print services.
Use for: streetwear graphics and statement text.
Sublimation
Dye fused into polyester fabric, so the print does not crack or peel.
Use for: all-over prints, sportswear and fitness tees.
Rhinestone
Heat-set stones placed in a pattern for a reflective finish.
Use for: fashion drops, event and merch tees.
Mix techniques
Two or more methods on one tee, such as a puff print with an embroidered patch.
Use for: layered designs and premium collections.
Private Label and Branded Packaging
As a private label T-shirt manufacturer, we finish every tee so it reaches your customer as your product, not ours. We also work as an OEM T-shirt manufacturer: send a tech pack or a reference tee and we produce it to your spec.
- Woven or printed neck labels with your logo
- Care labels with fiber content and wash instructions
- Hangtags with your brand name, price or barcode
- Branded polybags, mailer boxes and tissue paper
How Low Is the MOQ?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.
Many factories count the MOQ per color, so three colors means three minimums. As a low MOQ T-shirt manufacturer, we count it per design, so one tee in two colors and four sizes still starts at 25 pieces.
Example order: 25 tees = 15 black + 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.

How Much Does a Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer Charge?
As a custom T-shirt manufacturer, we quote every design separately. Four things set the price:
Fabric & GSM
Combed cotton, heavyweight jersey, cotton-polyester or performance fabric. A heavier GSM uses more fabric per tee.
Quantity
The cost per piece drops as quantity rises, because setup is shared across more tees.
Decoration
Number of colors, print size, stitch count and technique all change the cost.
Labels & packaging
Woven labels, hangtags and custom mailers add to the cost of each tee.

How Does Sampling Work?
Samples take 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
Check the fit, fabric weight and print in hand. If anything needs changing, tell us and we revise the sample before bulk starts. Once you approve, bulk production starts from 12 days. A sample is the safest way to test a new custom T-shirt manufacturer, and our how it works page covers each step.
Good to Know Before You Order
Size charts & grading
Send your size chart or start from ours. We grade the pattern across your size range so every size keeps the same proportions.
Your designs stay private (NDA)
We sign an NDA on request and never sell, reuse or share your artwork.
Reorders
We keep your pattern, fabric and print specs on file, so reorders match the first run.
Why Brands Choose Us as Their Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer
We have worked as a custom T-shirt manufacturer in Pakistan since 2018, based in Sialkot, a well-known export hub for apparel and sportswear. We also make hoodies, sweatshirts and polo shirts, so many brands build a full collection with one custom T-shirt supplier.
We communicate in English, ship door to door and send photo and video updates at every stage, from fabric and cutting to stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. Nothing ships until you have seen it. More about us.
Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer FAQs
What does a custom T-shirt manufacturer do?
A custom T-shirt manufacturer turns your design into finished tees under your brand. We source the fabric, cut and sew your pattern, decorate it, add your labels and pack it. Private label means your branding on our production, and cut and sew means the tee is built from fabric to your fit.
How do I choose a custom T-shirt manufacturer?
A good custom T-shirt manufacturer states its MOQ and how it is counted, sample time and cost, bulk lead time and payment terms up front. Ask how you will see your order before it ships, and order a sample before you commit to bulk.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces. For example, 25 tees can be 15 black and 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.
How long does sampling take?
Samples take 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against the bulk order.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and the exact time is confirmed with your quote.
How much do custom T-shirts cost?
Pricing is quoted per design and depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, decoration and packaging. Unlike a wholesale T-shirt manufacturer with a fixed price list, we price your exact spec. Send your design and get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No. FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door by express courier (DAP) or with our duty-paid service (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take 50% in advance and 50% after production is complete, before shipping. Methods: bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We do not offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is paid only after production is complete, so you see the finished tees before they ship.
Who pays import duties?
With express shipping by DHL or FedEx (3–5 days), you pay duties and taxes on arrival (DAP). With our standard duty-paid service (10–14 days), duties and taxes are included (DDP), so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. Many of our clients are first-time brands. A 25-piece MOQ per design lets you test a style before you scale it.
Can you start from a sketch?
Yes. Send a sketch, a mockup, a reference tee or a full tech pack, and we turn it into a sample for your approval.
Will my designs stay private?
Yes. We sign an NDA on request and never sell, reuse or share your designs.
