We take 50% in advance and 50% after production is complete, before shipping. You can pay by bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly or NayaPay. We do not offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is paid only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before anything ships.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
With express shipping by DHL or FedEx (3–5 days, DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (10–14 days, DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
