What payment methods do you accept?
We take a 50% advance and the 50% balance after production is complete, before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We do not offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. Because the balance is paid only after production is complete, you see the finished jackets before paying in full. We do not arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection.
Who pays import duties on my order?
With express DHL or FedEx shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery. Rates vary by country, so confirm details with a customs broker if needed.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. With 25 pieces per design and mixed colors and sizes, a startup can launch a small puffer drop and reorder once it sells. Many of our clients started with their first order.
Can you make a custom bubble jacket from a sketch?
Yes. Send a sketch, reference photos or a tech pack for your custom bubble jacket. We confirm fabric, fill and measurements with you, then make a sample and adjust it before bulk.
