Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, we do not ship FOB or CIF as standard terms. We ship door to door: express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules define each term.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take 50% in advance and 50% after production is complete, before shipping. You can pay by bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly or NayaPay. We do not offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. Because the 50% balance is paid only after production is complete, you see the finished jackets before they ship.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
With express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. A 25-piece MOQ per design suits a first collection, and you can mix colors and split sizes inside that quantity.
Can I start from a sketch?
Yes. Send a sketch, a reference photo or a tech pack. We turn it into a sample in 7–10 days and revise it until you approve.
