How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?

What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production starts from 12 days after sample approval. Larger quantities take longer, and the exact time is confirmed with your quote.
How much does private label clothing cost?
Pricing is quoted per design because it depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you will get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We offer two door-to-door options instead: express DHL/FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or a duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC explains these terms in its Incoterms® rules.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We take 50% in advance and 50% after production is complete, before shipping. You can pay by bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly or NayaPay. Letters of credit (L/C) are not offered.
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is paid only after you have seen the finished order, so nothing ships until you are satisfied.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
With express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes when the goods arrive. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), Luxury Stitch includes them, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
