A custom clothing manufacturer for startups and growing brands
We only work with businesses. As a custom clothing manufacturer with a 25-piece MOQ, we are built for brands that are too small for factories asking 100 or more pieces per style.
Streetwear, sports & fitness brands
Hoodies, tracksuits, tees and shorts for streetwear labels, sports brands and gym clothing lines.
Startups
A small batch clothing manufacturer for first drops: test 25 pieces per design instead of tying up cash in stock.
Merch & influencers
Branded merch with custom labels and packaging that looks like a real label.
Corporate & teams
Polos, tracksuits and varsity jackets with logo embroidery for staff and clubs.
Streetwear, sportswear and fitness wear manufacturing
One custom apparel manufacturer for all three categories, with the same 25-piece MOQ, sampling and photo and video updates.

Streetwear
Heavyweight hoodies, sweatshirts, boxy tees, sweatpants and varsity jackets with puff print, embroidery and rhinestone. Choose oversized, boxy or regular fits, matched to your brand colors and labels.

Sportswear
Team tracksuits, polos, sublimated T-shirts and shorts for clubs, academies and sports brands. Add embroidered crests, names and numbers, with matching sets for players and staff.

Fitness wear
Gym T-shirts, training shorts, hoodies and tracksuits in performance and cotton fabrics for gym and fitness brands. Fitted or relaxed cuts for training, with your logo printed or embroidered.
Decoration techniques and when to use each
A good custom clothing manufacturer helps you pick the right technique for your fabric, budget and look. Here is when each one works best.

Embroidery
Stitched logos with a premium, durable finish.
Use for: chest logos, caps-style marks, polos, varsity lettering.

Screen printing
Sharp, solid ink with strong color.
Use for: bold graphics in a few colors, back prints.

Puff printing
Raised, 3D ink with a soft, textured feel.
Use for: streetwear logos and statement text.

Sublimation
Dye printed into polyester, so it never cracks.
Use for: all-over prints, photo designs, teamwear.

Rhinestone
Heat-set stones for a high-shine finish.
Use for: fashion pieces, tracksuits, limited drops.

Mix techniques
Combine techniques on one garment.
Use for: embroidered chest logo plus a puff-printed back.
Private label and branded packaging
A custom clothing manufacturer should make your product look like your brand, not the factory’s. We add your branding at every touchpoint:
- Custom woven or printed neck labels
- Care labels with your content and size
- Hangtags
- Branded packaging
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.
Many factories count the minimum per color. As a low MOQ clothing manufacturer, we count it per design, so a startup can test two or three designs in a single order without holding stock it cannot sell.
Example: 25 hoodies = 15 black + 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.

Every design is quoted individually, so you only pay for what your garment needs. Four things set the price:
Fabric & GSM
Composition and weight.
Quantity
Larger runs lower the cost per piece.
Decoration
Technique, size and number of placements.
Labels & packaging
Trims, hangtags and branded bags.

Samples take 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
Sampling is how a custom clothing manufacturer proves the fit, fabric and print before you commit to bulk. Need changes to fit or decoration? Send notes and we revise the sample before bulk starts.

Custom clothing manufacturer FAQs
What does a custom clothing manufacturer do?
A custom clothing manufacturer turns your design into finished garments: sourcing fabric, making patterns and samples, adding decoration and labels, then producing and packing your bulk order. Luxury Stitch handles every step and ships door to door.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
Samples take 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
What is your bulk production lead time?
Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer; the exact time is confirmed with your quote.
How much does custom clothing cost?
Every design is quoted individually because price depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you will get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
Our standard terms are door-to-door: Express by DHL/FedEx in 3–5 days on DAP terms, or Standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days on DDP terms. DAP and DDP are standard Incoterms® rules published by the International Chamber of Commerce. If your freight forwarder needs a different arrangement, mention it when you request a quote.
What payment terms do you offer? Do you accept T/T or L/C?
We work on 50% advance and 50% after production is complete, before shipping. T/T bank transfer is accepted, along with Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. Letters of credit are not among our standard payment methods.
Can I check my order before it ships?
Yes. You receive photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you review the finished goods before anything ships.
Will I pay import duties on delivery?
With Express shipping (DAP) you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our Standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Do you work with startups and first-time brands?
Yes. Our 25-piece MOQ, mixed colors and split sizes are designed for startups testing a first drop. You can start from a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment.
How do I choose a custom clothing manufacturer?
Compare the MOQ per design, sampling time, bulk lead time, payment terms and how often you get updates. Ask for photos or video during production, confirm who pays import duties, and get the quote in writing.
Can I start with just a sketch?
Yes. Send a sketch, a reference photo or a full tech pack. We confirm fabric, fit, decoration and sizes with you, then make a sample for approval before bulk production.
Are my designs kept private?
Yes. Your designs are never resold or shared with other clients, and we can sign an NDA on request.
