Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No. We do not use FOB or CIF as standard terms. We ship door to door by express (DAP) or with our duty-paid service (DDP). You can compare these terms in the ICC Incoterms® rules.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance and 50% after production is complete, before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We do not offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is paid only after production is complete, so you see the goods before they ship. We do not arrange third-party inspection, because these updates cover it.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
With express shipping by DHL or FedEx (3–5 days), you pay duties and taxes on arrival (DAP). With our standard duty-paid service (10–14 days), duties and taxes are included (DDP), so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Do you work with startups and new clothing brands?
Yes. With 25 pieces per design, mixed colors and split sizes, a new label can launch a hoodie line without holding large stock.
Can you make hoodies from a sketch?
Yes. Send a sketch, reference photo or tech pack. We turn it into a sample for your approval before bulk production.
