- Keep lines and text bold; thin lines and small serif fonts lose detail when the ink rises.
- Use solid shapes: logos and wordmarks, not photos or gradients.
- Puff print vs embroidery: puff gives a soft, matte raised finish for large prints; embroidery suits small chest logos. We offer both.
- Care: wash inside out, cold, and tumble dry low to prevent cracking.

Many factories count the minimum per color, so three colors means 75+ pieces. We count per design, so you can test our puff print services in several colors without extra stock.

Puff height can look different in person than in a mockup, so we recommend a sample before bulk. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.

What do puff print services include?
Our puff print services cover the full garment, not just the print. We source the fabric, cut and sew the product, screen print your design with puff ink, heat-cure it so the print rises, add your labels and packaging, and ship it to you. Puff can also be combined with flat print or embroidery.
How do I choose puff print services for my brand?
Ask for a sample before bulk, check whether the MOQ is counted per design or per color, and confirm you will see your order before it ships. Choose a supplier that makes the garment too, so fabric weight and print are matched. A good partner will also tell you when embroidery suits a design better.
What is the MOQ for puff print services?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces. For example, 25 hoodies can be 15 black and 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.
How long does a puff print sample take?
Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and we confirm the exact time with your quote.
How much do puff print services cost?
We quote per design. The price depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you will get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, we don’t ship FOB or CIF as standard terms. We ship door to door by express courier with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or with our duty-paid service (DDP), where duties and taxes are included. You can read how these Incoterms® rules work on the ICC website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take 50% in advance and 50% after production is complete, before shipping. You can pay by bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly or NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every production stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The 50% balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it. We don’t offer third-party pre-shipment inspection.
Who pays import duties when shipping to the USA?
It depends on the shipping option. With express DHL or FedEx (3–5 days), duties and taxes are paid by you on arrival (DAP). With our standard duty-paid service (10–14 days), duties and taxes are included by Luxury Stitch (DDP), so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. With 25 pieces per design and mixed colors and sizes, a startup can launch a puff print collection without holding large stock. We also help adjust your artwork so it prints well in puff.
Can you start from a sketch?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo or reference image, and we will turn it into print-ready artwork and a sample for your approval.
Will my designs stay private?
Yes. Your artwork is used only for your orders, and we sign an NDA on request.
