You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is paid only after production is complete, so you see the finished polos before they ship.
Who pays import duties on my order?
With express shipping by DHL or FedEx (3–5 days), duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on arrival (DAP). With our standard duty-paid service (10–14 days), Luxury Stitch includes duties and taxes (DDP), so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Do you work with startups?
