Luxury Stitch is a B2B clothing manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing custom streetwear, sportswear and fitness wear for brands in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, with a 25-piece MOQ. Our dye sublimation printing services add all-over, fade-proof prints to polyester jerseys, leggings, shorts and tops made to your spec.
What are dye sublimation printing services?
Dye sublimation printing transfers your design from special paper into polyester using heat and pressure. The ink turns into a gas and bonds inside the fibers, so the print becomes part of the fabric. For all-over sublimation printing, we print the fabric panels first and then cut and sew them, so the design runs edge to edge with no white gaps at seams or underarms.
Sublimation vs DTG printing
Sublimation printing
- All-over, edge-to-edge designs
- Zero hand feel, fully breathable
- Won’t crack, peel or fade
- For polyester and poly-rich fabric
- Set print areas: front, back, sleeve
- Soft ink layer on the surface
- Prints on dark garments
- For cotton and cotton-rich fabric
Custom sublimation printing in three categories
Sublimated apparel we make for you, from the first sample to bulk.
Sportswear
Team jerseys, shorts, training tops and tracksuits for clubs and sports brands. Sublimated sportswear keeps names, numbers and sponsor logos sharp after repeated washes and hard games.
Fitness wear
Leggings, sports bras, compression tops and rash guards for fitness brands. The print adds no weight or stiffness, so stretch fabric still moves and breathes during training.
Streetwear
All-over print T-shirts, shorts, track jackets and polyester fleece hoodies with bold, full-coverage graphics that cotton printing can’t reach.

Low MOQ sublimation printing: 25 pieces per design
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Sizes can be split, and names and numbers can change on every piece.
Sublimation needs no screens, so every color in your design costs the same to print. Our dye sublimation printing services let a club or a new brand order a full kit run without holding stock it can’t sell.
Example order: 25 team jerseys split across S, M, L and XL, each with its own player name and number.
Your sublimated sample in 7–10 days
Before bulk, we print, cut and sew a sample on your actual fabric so you can check color, pattern alignment at the seams and fit. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
Colors on a screen and ink on polyester never match exactly. If a shade needs adjusting, we correct the file before production starts, so the bulk matches the sample you approved.
How are dye sublimation printing services priced?
Every order is quoted per design, with no fixed price list. The price depends on four things: fabric and GSM, quantity, print coverage and decoration, and labels and packaging. Names and numbers on each piece are included in your quote.
Send your design. Quote within 24 hours.

Dye Sublimation Printing Services FAQs
What are dye sublimation printing services?
Dye sublimation uses heat and pressure to turn printed ink into a gas that bonds inside polyester fibers. The print becomes part of the fabric, so it has no feel, does not crack or peel, and can cover the whole garment edge to edge.
How do I choose a dye sublimation printing service?
Check which fabrics they print on, whether they print panels before cutting for true all-over prints, and ask for a printed sample. Compare the MOQ, lead time, payment terms and how you will see your order during production.
Which fabrics work with sublimation printing?
Sublimation works on 100% polyester and polyester-rich blends in white or light base colors. It does not work on cotton or dark fabrics. For cotton garments, we recommend DTG or screen printing instead.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Sizes can be split within the 25 pieces, and names and numbers can change on every piece. For example, 25 team jerseys can be split across S, M, L and XL, each with its own player name and number.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and we confirm the exact time with your quote.
How much does sublimation printing cost?
We quote per design. The price depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, print coverage, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door: Express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance, and 50% after production is complete and before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, printing, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it.
Who pays import duties?
With Express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Can a startup work with you, even from a sketch?
Yes. The 25-piece MOQ lets startups launch small. Send a sketch, a reference or a rough file, and we help prepare the print pattern, a mockup and a sample.
Will my designs stay private?
Yes. Your artwork, files and samples are never shown or sold to anyone else, and we can sign an NDA on request.
