Your sample comes with the woven label sewn in, so you check the logo detail, colors and placement on the actual garment. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.

What are custom woven labels for clothing?
Custom woven labels are small fabric labels where your logo is woven into the label with thread on a loom, not printed on top. Because the design is part of the fabric, it does not crack, peel or fade in the wash. Brands use them as neck labels, main labels, size tabs and loop tags.
Do you make woven labels without garments?
Our woven labels are produced as part of your garment order. They are made, sewn in and packed together with your apparel, so you get one supplier, one quote and one shipment.
What is the difference between damask, satin and taffeta woven labels?
Damask is woven with fine thread, so it holds small text and detailed logos and feels soft on the neck. Satin has a smooth, slightly shiny face for a premium look. Taffeta is lighter and more economical, and suits simple logos and size tabs.
What should a clothing label include?
The woven brand label usually carries your logo and often the size. Fiber content, care instructions and country of origin go on a separate care label. Many markets, including the USA and the EU, require fiber content on garments, and we add it to the care label for you.
What is the minimum order?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces. Every garment in the order can carry your woven label.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples take 7–10 days and come with your woven label sewn in, so you approve the garment and the label together. Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and the exact time is confirmed with the quote.
How much do custom woven labels cost?
We quote per design. The price depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, decoration and packaging, plus the label weave, size, number of colors and fold you choose. Send your design and you get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door: Express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance, and 50% after production is complete and before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing, including the labels sewn into the garments. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it.
Who pays import duties?
With Express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Will my logo and designs stay private?
Yes. Your logo, label artwork and garment designs are used only for your order and are never shown or sold to anyone else. We can sign an NDA on request.
