What are custom embroidery services?
Custom embroidery services stitch your logo or artwork into the fabric with thread, instead of printing ink on top. Your artwork is first turned into a stitch file through embroidery digitizing, then machine-stitched onto each garment. Because we also make the garment, the fabric, fit and embroidery are planned together, so the logo sits flat and lands in the same place on every size.

Low MOQ embroidery: 25 pieces per design
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.
Many embroidery shops count their minimum per color. We count per design, so one logo can run across several garment colors and sizes in the same order, and you can test a new style without holding stock you can’t sell.
Example order: 25 hoodies = 15 black + 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.
Your first embroidered sample in 7–10 days
Before bulk, we stitch a sample so you can check the thread colors, logo size and placement on the real garment. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
If anything needs to change, we adjust the stitch file and placement before bulk embroidery starts, so every piece matches the sample you approved.

Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door: Express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance, and 50% after production is complete and before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing and packing. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it.
Who pays import duties?
With Express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Can a startup order embroidery from just a logo or sketch?
Yes. The 25-piece MOQ lets startups launch small. Send your logo, a sketch or a reference photo, and we digitize it, stitch it on a sample and show you before bulk.
Will my designs stay private?
Yes. Your logos, stitch files, designs and samples are never shown or sold to anyone else, and we can sign an NDA on request.
