The service

What is heat transfer vinyl printing?

Heat transfer vinyl printing cuts your design from colored vinyl sheets on a plotter, removes the waste vinyl by hand (weeding), and bonds the design to the fabric with a heat press. The result is a solid, opaque print with razor-clean edges. HTV printing also sticks to polyester and performance fabrics, so it suits sportswear and gym wear where ink-based prints struggle. Because we also make the garment, you get vinyl heat transfer printing on your own fit and fabric, not on a stock blank.

HTV vs screen printing

HTV printing

  • Ideal for names and numbers
  • Works on polyester and blends
  • Glitter, metallic and reflective finishes
  • No screen setup per color

Screen printing

  • Best for repeated artwork
  • One screen for each color
  • Softer feel on large prints
  • Suits simple logos in larger runs

What we print

HTV printing for clothing brands in three categories

Custom vinyl printing on garments we make for you, from the first sample to bulk.

Streetwear

Heavyweight hoodies, oversized T-shirts and sweatshirts with bold chest logos, sleeve hits and back text. Metallic and glitter vinyl give drops a finish that ink can’t match.

Sportswear

Team jerseys, training tops, shorts and tracksuits with player names, numbers and sponsor marks. Every name on a roster can be different within the same order.

Fitness wear

Gym T-shirts, stringers, shorts and hoodies for fitness brands. Stretch vinyl moves with the fabric, and reflective vinyl adds visibility to running gear.

Your spec, every detail

What you control with our heat transfer vinyl printing

01

Artwork & files

Send a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), or a sketch. We check line thickness and small text, then send a mockup before cutting.

02

Garment & fabric

Choose the product, fit, fabric, GSM and color. HTV bonds to cotton, polyester and blends when the vinyl type matches the fabric.

03

Vinyl finish & placement

Matte, gloss, metallic, glitter, reflective or stretch vinyl. Chest, back, sleeve or numbers, set against your size chart.

04

Mixed decoration & branding

Combine HTV with embroidery, screen printing, puff printing or DTG printing, plus neck labels, care labels, hangtags and branded packaging.

Minimum order

Low MOQ heat transfer vinyl printing: 25 pieces per design

MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.

Many factories count their minimum per color. We count per design, so our heat transfer vinyl printing lets you launch a new logo or a team kit without holding stock you can’t sell. On team orders, each piece can carry a different name and number.

Example order: 25 hoodies = 15 black + 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.

Sampling

Your pressed sample in 7–10 days

Before bulk, we press your heat transfer vinyl printing onto your actual garment so you can check color, size, placement and hand feel. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.

We also check that the vinyl stays bonded after washing. If a line is too thin or text is too small to weed cleanly, we adjust the file before production starts, so the bulk matches the sample you approved.

Pricing

How is heat transfer vinyl printing priced?

Every order is quoted per design, with no fixed price list. The price depends on four things: fabric and GSM, quantity, the number of vinyl colors and the finish, and labels and packaging. Individual names and numbers on team orders are included in your quote.

Send your design. Quote within 24 hours.

FAQ

Heat Transfer Vinyl Printing FAQs

What does a heat transfer vinyl printing service do?

It cuts your design from sheets of colored vinyl, removes the waste vinyl by hand, and bonds the design to the garment with a heat press. The result is a sharp, solid-color print with clean edges.

How do I choose a heat transfer vinyl printing service?

Ask for a pressed sample, check which fabrics and vinyl finishes they work with, and compare the MOQ, lead time, payment terms and how you will see your order during production. A supplier that also makes the garment gives you fit and print from one place.

Which fabrics work with heat transfer vinyl printing?

HTV bonds to cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends and most performance fabrics, as long as the vinyl type matches the fabric. Stretch vinyl is used on fitness wear. For full-color photo artwork, we recommend DTG or sublimation instead.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces. For example, 25 hoodies can be 15 black and 10 grey across S, M, L and XL.

How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?

Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.

What is the bulk production lead time?

Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and we confirm the exact time with your quote.

How much does heat transfer vinyl printing cost?

We quote per design. The price depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, the number of vinyl colors, print size and finish, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you get a quote within 24 hours.

Do you ship FOB or CIF?

No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door: Express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.

What payment terms do you accept?

50% advance, and 50% after production is complete and before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).

How can I check my order before it ships?

You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, printing, finishing and packing. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it.

Who pays import duties?

With Express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.

Can a startup work with you, even from a sketch?

Yes. The 25-piece MOQ lets startups launch small. Send a sketch, a reference or a rough file, and we help prepare the vector file, a mockup and a sample.

Will my designs stay private?

Yes. Your artwork, files and samples are never shown or sold to anyone else, and we can sign an NDA on request.
