Luxury Stitch is a B2B clothing manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing custom streetwear, sportswear and fitness wear for brands in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, with a 25-piece MOQ. Our DTG direct-to-garment printing service adds full-color artwork to cotton T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts made to your spec.
What does a DTG direct-to-garment printing service do?
A DTG direct-to-garment printing service uses a digital inkjet printer to place water-based ink straight into the fabric. There are no screens to make, so gradients, fine lines and photo artwork print in one pass. Dark garments get a pretreatment and a white base first, so colors stay bright. Because we also make the garment, you get direct to garment printing on your own fit and fabric, not on a stock blank.
DTG vs screen printing
DTG printing
- Unlimited colors and gradients
- Photo-level detail
- No screen setup per color
- Soft feel on cotton
Screen printing
- Best for solid spot colors
- One screen for each color
- Bold, thicker ink layer
- Suits simple logos in larger runs
DTG printing for clothing brands in three categories
Custom DTG printing on garments we make for you, from the first sample to bulk.
Streetwear
Oversized T-shirts, heavyweight hoodies and sweatshirts with full-back graphics and photo prints. DTG hoodie printing keeps fine detail sharp on large designs without a heavy ink feel.
Sportswear
Cotton team T-shirts, training tops and fan merch for clubs and sports brands. For 100% polyester kits, we recommend sublimation instead, because DTG ink is made for cotton.
Fitness wear
Gym T-shirts, pump covers and hoodies for fitness brands. DTG t-shirt printing stays soft, so the garment still breathes during training.
What you control with our DTG direct-to-garment printing service
Artwork & files
Send a PNG or PDF at 300 DPI with a transparent background, or a sketch. We check the file and send a mockup before printing.
Garment & fabric
Choose the product, fit, fabric, GSM and color. DTG works best on 100% cotton and cotton-rich blends.
Print size & placement
Front, back, sleeve or an oversized back print. Placement is set against your size chart, so it sits right on every size.
Mixed decoration & branding
Combine DTG with embroidery, screen printing, puff printing or rhinestone, plus neck labels, care labels, hangtags and branded packaging.
Low MOQ DTG printing: 25 pieces per design
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.
Many factories count their minimum per color. We count per design, so our DTG direct-to-garment printing service lets you launch a new graphic without holding stock you can’t sell.
Example order: 25 hoodies = 15 black + 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.
Your printed sample in 7–10 days
Before bulk, our DTG direct-to-garment printing service prints a sample on your actual garment so you can check color, placement and hand feel. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
Colors on a screen and ink on fabric never match exactly. If a shade needs adjusting, we correct the file before production starts, so the bulk matches the sample you approved.
How is a DTG direct-to-garment printing service priced?
Every order is quoted per design, with no fixed price list. The price depends on four things: fabric and GSM, quantity, print size and decoration, and labels and packaging. Pretreatment and the white base for dark garments are included in your quote.
Send your design. Quote within 24 hours.

DTG Direct-to-Garment Printing Service FAQs
What does a DTG direct-to-garment printing service do?
It prints your artwork straight onto the garment with a digital inkjet printer and water-based ink. There are no screens, so full-color, gradient and photo designs print in a single pass.
How do I choose a DTG direct-to-garment printing service?
Check which fabrics they print on, ask for a printed sample, and compare the MOQ, lead time, payment terms and how you will see your order during production. A supplier that also makes the garment gives you fit and print from one place.
Which fabrics work with DTG printing?
DTG works best on 100% cotton and cotton-rich blends. Dark colors are pretreated and printed with a white base. For 100% polyester sportswear, we recommend sublimation instead.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces. For example, 25 hoodies can be 15 black and 10 grey across S, M, L and XL.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and we confirm the exact time with your quote.
How much does DTG printing cost?
We quote per design. The price depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, print size, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door: Express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance, and 50% after production is complete and before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, printing, finishing and packing. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it.
Who pays import duties?
With Express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Can a startup work with you, even from a sketch?
Yes. The 25-piece MOQ lets startups launch small. Send a sketch, a reference or a rough file, and we help prepare the print file, a mockup and a sample.
Will my designs stay private?
Yes. Your artwork, files and samples are never shown or sold to anyone else, and we can sign an NDA on request.
