Luxury Stitch is a B2B clothing manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing custom streetwear, sportswear and fitness wear for brands in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, with a 25-piece MOQ. As a cut and sew manufacturer, we build each garment from raw fabric to your pattern, fit and labels.
What does a cut and sew manufacturer do?
A cut and sew manufacturer turns raw fabric into a finished garment. We draft the pattern, cut every panel, sew it together, decorate it and finish it with your labels. Nothing starts from a blank, so the fit, fabric and details belong to your brand only. We work as an OEM cut and sew manufacturer when you send a tech pack, and as an ODM partner when you need the design developed from a sketch or reference.
Cut and sew vs blanks
Cut and sew
- Your own pattern and fit
- Fabric and GSM picked for your design
- Your panels, seams, ribs and trims
- A product competitors can’t buy
Printed blanks
- A stock fit everyone uses
- Whatever fabric the blank comes in
- Standard factory construction
- The same garment with a different print
Custom cut and sew in three categories
Streetwear
Oversized hoodies, boxy T-shirts, heavyweight sweatshirts and varsity jackets, cut to the drop shoulder and length you want. Panels, ribs and pockets are drawn for your style, not borrowed from a blank.
Sportswear
Tracksuits, polo shirts and shorts for clubs and sports brands. Panel layouts, zips and piping follow your design, so the kit looks the same in every size.
Fitness wear
Training T-shirts, shorts, hoodies and tracksuits built for movement. Fabric stretch, seam placement and waistbands are chosen for the workout, then branded with your logo.

Low MOQ cut and sew: 25 pieces per design
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces.
Many factories count their minimum per color. We count per design, so you can test a new style without holding stock you can’t sell.
Example order: 25 hoodies = 15 black + 10 grey, split across S, M, L and XL.
Your first sample in 7–10 days
Before bulk, we make a sample so you can check the fit, fabric and stitching in your hands. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
If anything needs to change, we revise the pattern before production starts, so the bulk matches the sample you approved.
How does a cut and sew manufacturer price an order?
Every order is quoted per design, with no fixed price list. The price depends on four things: fabric and GSM, quantity, decoration, and labels and packaging. Change one, and the price changes with it.
Send your design. Quote within 24 hours.

Cut and Sew Manufacturer FAQs
What does a cut and sew manufacturer do?
A cut and sew manufacturer makes garments from raw fabric: drafting the pattern, cutting each panel, then sewing, decorating and finishing it to your spec. A blank supplier only prints on garments that already exist.
How do I choose a cut and sew manufacturer?
Compare the MOQ, sampling time, bulk lead time and payment terms, and ask how you will see your order during production. Always approve a sample before bulk.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ: 25 pieces per design. Colors can be mixed and sizes can be split within the 25 pieces. For example, 25 hoodies can be 15 black and 10 grey across S, M, L and XL.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
Sampling takes 7–10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design, and 50% of it is adjusted against your bulk order.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production starts from 12 days. Larger quantities take longer, and we confirm the exact time with your quote.
How much does cut and sew manufacturing cost?
We quote per design. The price depends on fabric, GSM, quantity, decoration and packaging. Send your design and you get a quote within 24 hours.
Do you ship FOB or CIF?
No, FOB and CIF are not our standard terms. We ship door to door: Express by DHL or FedEx in 3–5 days with duties paid by you on arrival (DAP), or our standard duty-paid service in 10–14 days (DDP). The ICC Incoterms® rules explain what each term means.
What payment terms do you accept?
50% advance, and 50% after production is complete and before shipping. We accept bank transfer (T/T), Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly and NayaPay. We don’t offer letters of credit (L/C).
How can I check my order before it ships?
You get photo and video updates at every stage: fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing. The balance is due only after production is complete, so you see the finished goods before you pay it.
Who pays import duties?
With Express shipping (DAP), you pay duties and taxes on arrival. With our standard duty-paid service (DDP), duties and taxes are included, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Can a startup work with you, even from a sketch?
Yes. The 25-piece MOQ lets startups launch small. Send a tech pack, a sketch or a garment you like, and we turn it into a pattern and a sample.
Will my designs stay private?
Yes. Your designs, patterns and samples are never shown or sold to anyone else, and we can sign an NDA on request.
